  1. Slow 'N Sear Kettle Add-On

Let us know if you maintain 250. I cannot on mine. As was mentioned the newer ones do not seem as airtight. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Yoder Smokers YS640 Pellet Grill

Sorry. Just now see two threads going. Marburg...competition 640? What features did I you get? Standard options? Or things like 2nd rack? Dual probe ports? Thinking about pulling the trigger on a competition 640. Orange. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  5. Best gloves/gauntlets

I prefer my welding gloves. Have a good thick paid that go well up arm. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Instant Pot

Just got the 8 quart version, but have not had a chance to use. I am thrown by how long the 8 quart version is on back order. What about air dryers? The kid wants us to get one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. IR Thermometers

  8. IR Thermometers

  9. IR Thermometers

I am thinking I want an IR thermometer. Then I got an email from Thermoworks, so I started looking. I realize I know very little about IR thermometers, and should have more education before buying, if that is what I decide. What say you? Do you have one? Likes? Dislikes? What features and specs should I look for? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Never can get enough of different cookers

Not just a YS640, but the competition YS640. I am jealous. I have my eye on one, just not sure when I will pull the trigger. I am interested to hear how your cooks go. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Removing hot lava stone

Glad you have had a favorable experience with ekogrip gloves. I have not. Mine don't seem to do well past 325-350.
  12. One note I will say, based on my recent switch, a bernzomatic 8000 series is much more effective than a bernzomatic 4000 series. Yes there is a price difference.
  13. Free Big Joe Cover

Love the table. Would like to know more.
  14. I have used bags. Each bag had a different consistency (huge lumps or dust particles). Sparks like crazy.
  15. Rotisserie Basket for Joetisserie?

Look forward to seeing this happen.
