Do You / Would You Eat From A Food Truck???
bostoncoffeeparty replied to Mr Cue's topic in The Cooler
I think you are missing an important ingredient to help us help you. What area of the country are you in? What is your target demographic, what cuisines are you capable of cooking? All of us have different ideas for what is a good mobile meal but not knowing your audience it is hard to really help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Catering for 40-60 - Menu Sugestions?
bostoncoffeeparty replied to John Setzler's topic in Kamado Cooking and Discussion
Thinking outside the bun creme brûlée with your anova has been a big hit at my house and can be prepped ahead of time. Serve with grilled peaches which can also be done ahead of time. Baked potato bar, quick prep for large number and easy to accomplish with fillings prep-able ahead of time Soup is one that you can easily do two different takes on, one a fire roasted corn chowder with potatoes and either a regular gazpacho or take a spin on it with roasted peppers/tomatoes or off the map watermelon gazpacho. Can you consider short ribs instead of brisket each person can have their own takes less time and is quicker to cook Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

Enameled Dutch Ovens – Size recommendations?
bostoncoffeeparty replied to In2Fish's topic in Accessories & Product Reviews
I can't see going smaller than a 6.5qt dutch oven and given the price of $50 on Amazon for many different brands its hard to argue with the price vs the size. I use it all the time for a family of 4. -
Since you just check does that mean you will pay or did you mean checked :)~
