  1. Ok so after a few cooks on my B Classic, here is what I have noticed. I have the model with the pull-out ash drawer, which fits nice and tight into the body of the grill. My problem lies in the little stainless steel sliding grates do not fit tight to the ash drawer. I can get my temps somewhat stabilized for a period of time, with a little babysitting, but they still want to creep up on me. I do notice that if I shut everything off to shut the grill down, there is still an air gap in the sliding part and it keeps the lump fed with air... Any ideas how to eliminate this? Obviously I can't seal

  3. Do you have a rough recipe for the rub you used? I have access to tuna every so often fro ma friend of mine who goes out, and want to try it on the kamado next time! I've always just used a little seafood seasoning and olive oil in the past, but would like to mix it up! Looks awesome by the way! Doesn't get any fresher than that too...
  4. That looks absolutely amazing! Awesome job and great pics that go with it! I am definitely trying this one for sure!
