I bought my Vision Grills Kamado Pro S a couple of weeks ago. Between work and lousy weather I only this last weekend had an opportunity to try it out. Never considered owning a domed grill until very recently. I've been geeking out over it, watching videos and perusing this forum (which I love) and reading everything I can find on the subject. The rib-eyes turned out perfect for me, and I'm going to love cooking on this thing, I can tell already. One question I have though: what's the best way to use the upper and lower vents?
Hey Blu, I got one of those, too, just last week from Home Depot. Cooked my first steak on it yesterday (Sunday) and it turned out great. I had never even considered owning a domed grill until very recently, I'm going to love cooking on this thing, I think. This is a great forum, too.
