I just started looking at the Dalstrong knives after eyeing Mercer knives for a few weeks. I am looking for a couple decent home use knives. I have some stamped Wustofs that have seen better days. It looks like the Dalstrong Gladiator is in the same price point as the Mercer Renaissance. Anyone have any opinion on those two lines?
That's a good looking menu. I'll add it to my list of places to stop on my occasional trips through MA. Steak tips were on sale here in South Eastern New England at every store last week. I opted for a whiskey brown sugar marinade on mine. Like eating candy as they come off the grill. Usually takes me until the next day with leftovers before I can hold off long enough to bother making a sandwich.
