  4. Do you feel like the 15" stones are giving you enough air flow? I am looking at them or 2 13" ones.
  5. Is 1/2" clearance enough between the fire bowl and the stone for indirect heat cooking? I am looking at using 2 half 15" stones. Would 2 half 13" stones be better? The fire bowl ID is 16"
  6. John421 How is your mod holding up? I was thinking of a similar mod. Are you happy with the carbon steel hanger. Would you go with SS if you had to do over again? How has the weber grate held up? Thanks
  7. John421 Thanks for sharing this tip. My first cook was cheese burgers. They were a little smokey going down. Had indigestion all night. I smelled inside the bag after and it smelled very strong. A day later it was almost no smell. I guess that explains it.
  8. I read the non USA version has more trash and has a stronger smell. I bought a bag at Walmart that had no flag. My daughter just picked me up a bag from a different Walmart and it has the USA flag on it. I wanted to compare the two
  9. Thanks, I will look for the flag. The bag I bought must be from some where else.
  10. How do i tell where the RO Lump is made? When looking at the bag? How do i tell where I see no info on the bag. It is 15.44 lbs 7 KG. Does that mean it is not made in the USA?
