  1. I know normal cook time is generally 90 minutes per pound making a 14 pound butt approximately a 21 hour cook time. Does that change if I am cooking 2 7 pound butts toegether vs one 14 pounder? In other words, will 2- 7 pound butts take 21 hours or 10.5 hours to cook? Thanks

  9. I am doing my first major smoke this weekend. I decided to do the Boston But. I didn’t realize it until I got home but I bought one that’s 21 pounds! My question is can I cut this in half and freeze one half for a later time? I really don’t want to smoke this thing for 30 hours. Thanks
