  2. Anyone have experience using a kamado grill to make your own lump charcoal? I have a Big Joe. Most of the "recipes" I have seen call for open fires or 55-gallon drums, which aren't available to me. But I do have my Big Joe! . . . and a supply of seasoned hickory. Thanks in advance . .
