Ingredients 600 g / 1.2 lb boneless ribeye 2 tbsp vegetable oil , divided 1 large onion sliced 300 g / 10 oz mushrooms , sliced 40 g / 3 tbsp butter 2 tbsp flour 2 cups / 500 ml beef broth low sodium 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 150 ml / 2/3 cup sour cream Salt and pepper to taste Steps Step 1 Use rolling pin to flatten the steaks. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. Slice into strips. Step 2 Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over high heat. Spread the strips in the pan with tongs . Sear for 30 seconds on each side. Quickly remove back onto the plate. Sear the beef in batches if needed. Step 3 Turn heat down to medium high. Add butter, melt. Then add onions, cook for 1 minute, then add mushrooms. Cook mushrooms until golden. Scrape bottom of fry pan to get all the golden bits off. Add flour, cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Step 4 Add half the broth while stirring Add the rest of the broth. Stir, then add sour cream and mustard. Stir until combined. Step 5 Simmer for 3-5 minutes, add more salt and pepper to taste. Step 6 Add beef back in.   2. Guys, here is very tasty pork recipe! My family love itand you have to try this as well! Ingredients 1 1/4 Cup Chicken or Beef Broth 3 Pound Boneless Pork Roast 2 Cups Barbecue Sauce, Divided 1 Tablespoon Packed Brown Sugar 2 Teaspoons Paprika 2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder 2 Teaspoons Onion Powder 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Pepper 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil 1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar Step 1 1)Cut the pork loin into 2 inch cubes 2)Mix together all the dry ingredients -brown sugar, paprika,cumin, pepper, salt, garlic and onion powders. Rub onto the pork and place the tenderloin in the fridge to marinate. 3)In a mixing bowl combine the barbecue sauce of your choice with beef broth and apple cider vinegar. 4)Heat up the extra virgin olive oil right in your instapot and sear the pork cubes about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown using a sauté setting. 5)Pour the premixed wet ingredients out of the bowl into the instant pot over the meat and stir . 6)Close the lid and valve to sealing and set the pressure cooker setting to 40 minutes . Once the time is up , let the pressure release for 10 minutes, before doing quick release. 7)Remove the roast from the instant pot and shred it. Stir in the rest of the barbecue sauce .Now it is ready to be served on hamburger buns or as desired. Enjoy!
