  1. Lowe's closed down in several locations in Canada in January, so I happened to buy the last Joetisserie on the shelf at 50% regular price, just installed it and like the information here. I appreciate this post because there is a slight gap in the seal and your solution seems perfect, but... I can't wait, I'm going to spin a chicken this afternoon without the gasket material and see how that works out! Thanks again!
