  1. I had a WFO for years and the one thing that I learned is that the higher the temp the less sugar you put in the mix. I cooked at 900 to 1000 F most of the time and the pizza to 60 to 90 seconds to cook. Sugars burn fast at that temp.
  2. I have my new JoeTisserie showing up today and wanted to know what are some of the best things that you have cooked on the JoeTisserie? I know the obvious chicken and turkey but what are other great options?
