  1. Hello all. Fairly new here but figured I would share my recent cart build. This is a table for a KJ Classic I and a KJ Big Joe II. The design was made based on the Kamado Joe installation guide documentation including the hole openings, as well as the height from the base to the top of the concrete table. The design is heavily inspired by Smoking Dad BBQ, and then got the idea for the siding from the “Smoke and Hammer” table, which I don’t think they ever finished/posted about. First thing that I was surprised about was that the grills were sitting a bit higher than expected. Per
  2. Thanks! Hadn’t considered that. Ultimately I would like to get some of the matching feet, but that’s a good idea for the meanwhile.
  3. This one is concrete, it was the cheapest solid surface I could find. I will post some more pictures in the next few days once I can get things finished up.
  4. Ha, well, I actually started with the classic, and recently just got in the standalone version of the big joe II. I just haven’t been able to get a cover made and the classic is still in use in the backyard. The top is a concrete top, finished with a tung oil finish to give it a darker look.
  5. Since these KJ ceramic feet seem to be sold out everywhere for the foreseeable future, I figured i would see if anyone on here has any lying around that they might not be using. Looking for feet for a classic, so would need at least 3, but would also buy a set of 4 if that’s what you have. Thanks!
  6. Thanks for the link! Seems like a great resource; will definitely read through the document
  7. A couple of months ago I got a Kamado Joe classic i from Lowes and since then I have been LOVING the kamado joe more than any other grill I’ve owned. Recently decided to add a big joe II to the collection, and currently am working on my BBQ cart to hold them both inspired by Smoking Dad BBQ on youtube. Excited to check out all of the content on the forum and see what others are cooking on their kamado’s.
