  1. Hi Everyone, Has anyone ever done Pork Knuckles on the Kamado Joe? Braised or Roasted in the Oven they are fantastic, must be a way to do on the smoker? If so any lessons learned? Temp and time suggestions?

  3. Hi All, We have a 4 day weekend coming up so I am going top do my first Brisket on my Kamado Joe Classic II. Have read lots of your advice here and researched a bunch on YouTube and elsewhere. Plan is for Low and Slow about 225F and will monitor temp and time. Any words of wisdom or advice for a Rookie?
  4. Hello from Bangkok, I just purchased a Kamado Joe Classic II and it will be delivered to my house on Saturday!! I couldn't be more excited. I am a Canadian expatriate so what we typically call BBQ is actually grilling. This is a shortcoming I intend to remedy. Looking forward to future Low and Slow Pork Ribs, Brisket, Beef ribs........ etc. etc. Will be looking for advice on many topics I am sure. cheers dk
