Hello everyone, my name is Sergio. I am proudly from Burlington, Ontario, Canada. I've been grilling for many years and just added a Kamado Joe, Big Joe III to my arsenal.
My speciality is rotisserie chicken/turkey. For the past 15 years I've been cooking a 25 + lbs turkey for my family, on my Weber Summit S-670 for Thanksgiving & Christmas Day. I also have a stainless steel custom built Spiedini Charcoal bbq, that we enjoy from time to time. I'm so excited to join this group to learn new techniques and recipes.
