While not as nice it will be much cheaper if you do something like this. Just use an 18 inch grate like you said. http://grilling24x7.com/tag/grate/

Need some advise on a small brisket
onewondershow replied to Chipster67's topic in Char-Griller AKORN Kamado / King Griller
Try something like this because a 5 pound flat will dry out very easily. Aim for it to be ready a few hours early. Double wrap in heavy foil and put it into a cooler to rest until you are ready to eat. Cut it as you eat it so it doesn't dry out. -

Multiple Boston Butt cook using KJ Classic

I cook them all ahead of time , pull them then add a little apple juice or other liquid before reheating. If you have a vac sealer just pull vac seal and reheat right in the bags. That's my preferred method for reheating. I agree I would do everything you can beforehand. You don't want to have a frantic complicated morning the day of. -
If it smells ok and feels ok I'd use it.

I had a similar experience a few months ago. Vision was great and they let me upgrade to the cast iron top at a reduced price. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

I did not cut the pan. I did not use it as my heat deflector. I use it as a griddle. Excellent for smash burgers, home fries and lots of other good things.

I use this one https://www.amazon.com/Lodge-Pro-Logic-P14P3-Pizza-14-inch/dp/B0000E2V3X/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1469558583&sr=8-8&keywords=lodge+cast+iron+deep. The price changes often. I paid less than 30. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk

When u take chrome and other apps out they leave behind configuration files. There are a ton of special Uninstaller programs that make sure everything is removed during an uninstall.
