  2. Hi, I'm Ed from Malta and I'm stepping into the world of Kamado bbq - I hope to buy the Monolith Classic Pro by the end of the month. I currently own a Weber which I love to bits but I'm looking to get some steady temperatures for my longer cooks. I'm a little concerned because the 22" Weber offers some additional real estate to the 18" Kamando - which I'm a little concerned about - but leafing through the reviews I can see that the overall cook quality will make up for that Has anyone here made a similar transition? how did you find shifting to a smaller grill surface area?
