Does anyone know of any temperature probes which can be used with the ThermoWorks Signals system, other than the Thermoworks brand probes? ThermoWorks charges $19 each for theirs. And I don't know that they are any better in any way than those made by other companies which are a fraction of the price. Would also prefer to get a set of probes which have spools with them.

I've found that soaking stainless steel grill grates after use over night in a mixture of water and laundry detergent really makes it much easier to clean them the next day, as opposed to just cleaning them without soaking. While it doesn't completely eliminate scrubbing, I'd say it eliminates 70% of it. Does someone know of a better substance to use than laundry detergent? I'm hoping to find something that really loosens baked on grease and grime.

Does anyone know of a good method to get the 5 ceramic firebox liners to reseat into the metal ring which goes over the top of them? It seems you need about five hands to get the tops of each of them all to line up in the ring at the same time so that the ring can slip down over all of them. I really struggle to get this all aligned any time any one of them slips out of its position.
