    Costco was great. They are sending a new one next week and will pick up the defective one. They didn't even need photos.

    My new Classic two was delivered yesterday from Costco. It was assembled for delivery and it arrived in less than perfect condition. I previously owned a Green Egg so I know cracks can be a minor thing but this looks like something more. Opinions?

    I'm a long time Green Egg owner from Tampa Bay, Fl. Faced with replacing several major Egg parts and rebuilding the table it resides in, i decided to go in a different direction. I got a Classic II with a stand. From what I read and hear, the Joe sports lots of improvements over the Egg so I'm hoping for a pretty easy transition.
