  1. If you do take pics and post. Also it is imperative to have a pan underneath these. I cant imagine that much fat dripping down into the bowl ( it was a lot).

  9. Thank you. Those are the trimmed pieces from the pork spare ribs. I figured I could season them, cook them and freeze for later. Maybe cook them in beans, cabbage , greens..ect. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk

  12. 8:17pm pulled the ribs as they were doubled over when picked up from the middle. Also prior to pulling them I probed them with my thermapen and it was like butter. I have them wrapped up loosely'ish and resting.

  14. 7:30pm - bbq temp 245 8:00pm - bbq temp 251 The ribs almost fold over when picked up in the middle. I'm wondering if I should wrap them up for about 30mins or just let the go.

  19. Yea, I won't go this small again. I did not use a water pan. I guess that could have helped some, I'm not sure how much. I just think it was too small and too lean a piece of meat. Sent from my SM-N910P using Tapatalk
