  7. Nice [emoji1531] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Please try and do something that hasn't already been done,,,, create something new and exciting. You are in for a real treat. Just stop looking at Ryan's Timberline and you will be fine. The Timberline feature set has me wanting one , almost bad enough to pull the trigger Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Glad to see you finally get a Yoder John [emoji1544] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Traeger doesn't compare in build quality to the Yoder, I have not seen the Timberline in person but the features do blow Yoders feature away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Sorry about that , I had the temp up to 400 degrees, put Pork Belly on with fat cap down. It cooked for about 3 hours and 15 minutes and that was probe tender. I did not use a meat probe or check the temp at all. I did not wrap this either Once done we cut it in half and made cubes out of one half while slicing the other. For the cubed side we put on brown sugar, BBQ sauce then more brown sugar along with some butter and real maple [emoji260] syrup. We them put back on the smoker for another 45 minutes Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Second cook today ended with Maple Pork Niblets in just over 3 hours Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Been wanting to rethink some things but wanted to see first hand what all the fuss over these drum smokers was. Made some Pork Chops for first cook. Overall I am impressed with the build of this unit and quality of food thus far Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Slotdogs are cool [emoji41], my grand daughter wants them every time she comes over. Updating via wifi is nice. If the Yoder ever needs an update I hear Yoder has to send you a cable and then you have to open the unit. Make ditch this beast of a machine over here [emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. That timberline feature set along with some constant rubbing in my face by Bosco! has me contemplating getting a timberline. I love innovation. Our YS640 does the job fine with no problems, but the greed inside screams for timberline to be added. Thanks a ton RYAN!!!!!!
