    We finally decided on some heated Cambros to assist with all of the success we have been having lately. Definitely much better than the standard hot boxes. So handy for our needs. Anyone else use these? What are your thoughts?

    That's exactly what I am saying , deep fried chicken is crispy , is a no brainer and we always get a decent crispy skin when grilling, but I do believe the "pat dry" is the most important part IMHO Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
