  2. I have a two kilo sockeye salmon with the head removed. I would like to smoke it whole and am looking for any tips/advice you might have. I realize that dealing with the bones will be a chore, but my filleting skills are rusty. I think I would waste more meat if I attempted to filet it myself. Thank you.
  3. Hello all. Toronto area here. I got my kamado near the end of last summer. It is a Vision Grills kamado. I love it, but have lots to learn. I used to use a metal smoker and had a lot of problems with heat loss. Certainly don't have that problem with this grill!
