I have a problem. I have used my KJ 1 so much that the firebox walls will not come out. Any suggestions as to how to remove them for cleaning without breaking?

Anyone looking for a great grill light, please check out Cave Tools. The light is water and heat resistant and it is guaranteed for life. The handle is a universal fit (I have a KJ classic 1) Here is a link to the website. https://cavetools.com/search?type=product&q=Grill+light

grills gone wild replied to Graham's topic in Kamado Joe
My wife bought me a patio heater a few years ago so I could cook all winter without fear of frostbite. -

Here is the banner my wife made for me. All the tags are grilling related. A homemade banner. Happy Father's Day to all

Got my replacement today. Spent 15 minutes looking at how to assemble. My wife came out, took one look, and within 5 minutes had the new bowl assembled, installed and coals firing up.

I grill year round regardless of the weather. If it rains or snows I use an umbrella. Last year my wife bought me a patio heater for Christmas. A benefit of cooking in the winter is my beer stays cold. -
Where is your butcher? I am near Kings Island.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. On July 31, 2012, my wife called me at work with words no one should ever hear: "I have cancer!" Treatment and technology have advanced so much that, while chilling, a cancer diagnosis can be beaten. Stay strong! You will find inner strength that will be called upon. You are not alone, regardless of the number of friends. You have many friends here. My wife and I improved our eating habits and the KJ has been a big part of it. My wife is approaching 4 years cancer free and life is looking great. Take care, friend.
