    Yeah 350 was perfect. With a pellet grill,the higher the temp the less smoke is produced.
  7. Chicken pot pie and peach pie rolling on the traeger at 350. Started the pie off at 400 for the first 10 minutes, then lowered to 350 and put the pot pie in. Pie done after 50 minutes. Pot pie pie finished up right around the one hour mark.

    15.5 hours at 225. Internal temp of 195.

  10. 8.5 lb shoulder. Trimmed up and a thin coat of mustard and rub applied. Classic loaded with lump and peach chunks. Haven't used the digiq in awhile so though what the heck lets give it a go. Oh this is smelling so good already. The weekend is off to a great start.

  12. It's been awhile since I've had the Jr fired up, so decided to do a small eye of round to slice up for pit beef sandwiches. Loaded up the Jr with lump and a couple chunks of apple. Locked right in at 225. Cooked to an internal of 147. Rested in the cooler until it was time to slice.
