    Western Brand Lump Charcoal

    I started out with 3 bags at the 9.88 price. Happy with the results so when it dropped to 7.88 I picked up another 5 bags. Was at my local Walmart today and it was marked down to 5.00 a bag. I picked up another 10 bags. I should be set for a bit.

    Follow up: Starts easy, No strange smell. Burns well. Will definitely be picking up a few more bags.
  5. What better way to celebrate. Fries, Garlic Knots and Pizza. Oh yeah. Garlic,Butter, EVOO & Parm Fries And of course Friday night pizza. A few cold ones and I’m ready for a nap.
  6. Picked up a couple bags today to give a try. 30 lbs for less then 10 bucks. Nick big lump in the first bag. Cooking pizza with it tonight. So far so good.

    4th of July Impromptu Cooks

    Great looking cooks. Great job on the ribs. I must admit, I’m a big fan of kale salad. No BBQ for me today. We had a seafood boil.

    Soapstone Smashburgers

    Smash burgers look great. I’ll take two please.
  13. Haven’t used the Joetisserie in awhile. Picked up a 7lb bird at the store today. Rubbed it down with a little EVOO and applied a honey garlic rub. Got Joe locked in at 350. Added a chunk of applewood and took the bird for a spin. Cooked for one hour and twenty minutes. Let it rest for about 10 minutes. So juicy and moist. Sorry forgot to take some finished pictures. I’ve got to get some better tightening screens for the forks. As you can see the one on the right came loose on me. I even tightened them with pliers.
