  4. Meatloaf one of my favorites. Looks really good. I'll have a plate please..
  5. Can't wait to see it in action. That's one sweet looking grill.
  6. Awesome job on the chicken.
  7. Great looking pies.
  8. Be sure to let me know how you like it. It's the only potato salad I will eat now.
  9. Decided to give the KJ's a break this holiday. Fired up the old Traeger and did slot dogs and apple pie. Hopping everyone is having a great holiday. Baked the pie first. 375 for 45 minutes. Looking good so far. Dogs are ready. Still warm....
  10. Oh yeah. Fat and happy after that meal. Really tender and moist pork.
  11. Nicely done.
  12. Great looking meal.
  13. First low and slow. 15.5 lbs of shoulders. 225 for 16 hours. First 4 were with the super smoke option enabled. Internal temp 195. Shoulders wrapped and resting in the cooler.
  14. Bosco, Can you provide the details of your auger jam. I've heard other people saying they experienced this. I've never had one in the 10 years I've owned a pellet grill. I've always just dumped the pellets from the bag into the hopper, dust and all. As stated the convenience and time management of a pellet grill are a beautiful thing. I've always referred to it as my set it and forget it grill.
  15. Finished results. Smoked at 225 until an internal temp of 142. Not to bad of a smoke ring. Little hot horseradish and some sliced onion. Very happy with this purchase.
