  2. I usually flip but you can toss it in the dishwasher once its cooled off and comes clean.. never looking original anymore because of heat/smoke hitting it but either way a clean surface and great to cook with!
  3. you just need to warm it up and it should slide open/out.. its greased up I bet..

I love mine for doing things like burgers, salmon, steaks and veggies.. its different than the solid cast iron for sure and clean up is easy. the stone itself is sort of soft so you have to be careful with it but the original look/color starts to change as soon as you cook on it but it doesn't matter as you just keep using it and your set.. i would recommend to get one.
