  4. Hey Ben. Yes, I have one. They are really easy to cook on and very fast. I'm not the biggest fan of how they cook the pizzas. There is definitely a learning curve. You have to keep turning the pies or they will be burnt. No walking away for a beer with this. You will still get some char. The bottom doesn't get as browned as I would like. A couple that I've eaten were a little too doughy. You can't really do a regular style crust on these. Neapolitan is best.   11. I've left them in the cooler for 4 hours before and they were still scalding hot. Just make sure they're wrapped good.

  13. Cue, if you go with the bottom round, I'd do a long cook since it's a tough cut. At least two days preferably three.

  15. We have an Uuni and while it's quick, I'm not that impressed. There is definitely a learning curve. It will burn on you in second. You can't take your eyes off of it and you have to keep moving the pizza around.
  16. I've done a 48 hour chuck roast and it was omg amazing! I will never do a chuck roast any other way.
  17. Definitely a ribeye. Fat equals flava boyeee! Strip is my least favorite. Too lean and I hate the texture.
