    Mesh wifi?

Sent you a message Bosco thinking that you had to have a subscription in order to post in the "Cooler" Section. I'm sure you will get several recommendations. I vote for the Netgear Orbi for your situation. This January my son and I installed the Costco version with 3 devices at my brother's house. Older home with 4,000 square feet with various brick walls throughout. He also wanted to cover his outside pool and detached beer brewing house area. He has 200 Mbps service and the Orbi setup consistently gets him close to that in all locations. Doesn't require line-of-site for each of the 3 devices and each device has ports for hard wiring if needed in that particular area. Did not experience any disconnects walking throughout the house or outside. We seriously considered the Amplifi HD but they didn't like the plug-in satellites plus they needed hard wiring for certain areas. Did have a minor issue with the firmware upgrade. Devin
  2. Interesting! Did a little looking too but no luck in USA. Best I could find was this: https://www.amazon.de/Weber-Original-feinmaschiger-rotisserie-schwarz/dp/B00QSH9IFW/ref=pd_rhf_se_p_img_4?ie=UTF8&refRID=0J855342KN8E042SMG3H Devin
  3. Personally, I like to use a rib rack and you may wish to as well if you don't have one. This forum thread started by Philpom helped me immensely when I began using my Akorn for "low and slow" cooks: https://www.kamadoguru.com/topic/500-starting-a-fire-for-low-and-slow-definitive/ Devin
  4. Ditto to what Mewantkj stated. FOR ME, it takes about an 1 hour or so for a 4-5 lb spatchcocked chicken and roughly 2 hours for a spatchcocked 12 lb turkey (for the last 2 years). I try to end up cooking at around 375. Check out the forum in depth for additional experiences and suggestions. Devin
  5. I have had my Akorn for a little over 2 years and the dome temp has consistently been lower by about 30-50 degrees than what my Maverick displays. Devin
  6. I always spatchcock chicken (4-5 lb) and typically cook indirect at 375. We prefer McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning (2-3 tbsp) along with olive oil (3-4 tbsp) rubbed all over and under skin. Devin
  7. Yes - excellent. I really need a grilling shed! Devin
  8. Copy Cat Recipe Cracker Barrel – Hash Brown Casserole 1 stick of butter 2 pounds of hash browns ( defrosted it frozen) 1 small onion chopped salt and pepper 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil 2 cups of cheddar cheese ( You can also you 1 cup of cheese and use one cup of Velveeta) 1 can of cream of chicken soup ( 10 3/4 ounces) Preheat oven to 350 – oil or butter a 9×13 pan and chop onions Melt butter in hot skillet then add onions. Once the onions are browning add the defrosted hash browns and add oil. Cook until the hash is browning and tender. Next take a large bowl and mix cheese and soup together. Place the hash browns in the large bowl with the cheese and mix. Place mixture into 9×13 pan . Pop the pan in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy Devin
  9. I have been using their wallet for years as well - excellent product. Bought each of my 2 sons one a few years back. Not fond of front pocket wallets - with keys, phone etc - just seems to much for me. Devin
  10. Our favorite wings are to marinade overnight in Simply Orange with Mango orange juice blend, grill accordingly, sauce with Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce and grill a bit more. Voila! Devin
