  1. i have the dojoe with the classic 2 and i cant seem to keep it hot. i do as the instructions say, get fire to 500 then add the dojoe to let it heat up to 700. once it hits 700 i shut down the top vent. the first pizza usually cooks pretty well, but then the temperature usually drops pretty rapidly after that. last week the third pizza i cooked was only at 350 and it took forever and the top wasn't as cooked as i would've liked. i was under the impression that the dojoe was supposed to be a great tool to cook multiple pizzas. any ideas as to what i am doing wrong? bottom vent i
