  2. Hey folks, I've been away from the forum far too long but decided to get on the Vision Grill yesterday. Went with a smoked turkey breast that was brined for 24 hours then seasoned with a coffee based rub. Smoked between 300-350 for 2 hours. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  7. Merry Christmas everyone. It's been a long time since I've posted because I haven't been on the Vision in quite a while. Decided to smoke a spatchcock chicken today to get back in the game.
  8. Chicken is off and resting, ribs are wrapped and back on.
  9. Well it's been a while folks (too long if you ask me) since I've posted anything but I'm back at it this weekend. Getting things going with ribs then tossing on a spatchcocked chicken, boneless thighs, sausage and corn. Still working to perfect my ribs so let's see how these turn out. Using baby backs, no brine and just a off the shelf spice rub. 250 degrees, let's geaux!
  10. Ha! Yeah I haven't been on the grill much lately (it's been scorching hot here in FL lately) but definitely getting ready to get back at it.
