  1. Wow ! Nice offer...I love to write also...I wrote a book but I got to get it put together and edited. Its a story of the 1800s...I hope your new adventure works out.
  2. I love chili..but the other do not..so I need to make me some one nite on the grill and fix ckreef something else...cause chili and cornbread is the bomb..very nice pic
  3. When you were typing there are icons above keyboard..hit the camera and it will come up where you like to pull your pic from.if you have pics on your camera in gallery pick one and it will load and then hit right pointed arrow at top and it will post it..hope that help you
  4. Yes seasons and veggies are mostly all free food.. (exempt the starches tho)Squash is another goodie for me..pack with vitamins..best thing bout veggies you can fix them differently for bout a month..I never get tired of them..

Im read alot of old threads and I saw your thread..congrats on the weight loss...I just wanted to tell you was take a cauliflower and cook it (boiled)..and then mash it like potatoes add butter and other condiments the way you like your mash potatoes.It is very good and very healthy..you can add only small amount of potatoes flakes to thicking it up.. Not to much tho [emoji3] I keep meaning to try that but haven't yet. Dumb question...do you only use the flower part of the cauliflower? Or does the stalk work too? I just mean the little stems of each floret the, not the big center one.I use the wbole head except the very big stem..when you cut it you see what I mean

    I would say that a good analogy. ..but ckreef and I will be here all winter long [emoji91]..we just bundle up and we still eat good kamado grill food..I dont know of any thing better[emoji3]

I thought y'all drooled at the sight of us standing by the grill in a pair of high heels looking hot to trot, with tongs in one hand and a thermopen in the other getting ready to serve up the thickest, juiciest, tastiest steak you ever had. My bad. [emoji1]Yep I make my man drool all the time...now if I get the cooking in the bag..ill have a very happy man [emoji3]
  11. Well I am a Truck Driver..I haul crewed chalk right out the ground...I have got 10 years under my belt..best job I ever had.my husband ckreef and I work for same company...

  14. I got the grill going..got it around 350 *......I put carrots, mushrooms, and onions with butter and a 1/2 cup of chicken flavored broth. I let the temp climb up to 500* and throwed the flat iron steak that was marinated for about a hour onto the jr...cook it for 4 minutes per side with the 1/4 turns for a medium rare cook. A perfect med rare Flat Iron steak It was plated over a bed of rice with the carrots, onions, mushrooms and a thick gravy. Well I have to say it was great..we all ate it up....even my teacher cleaned his plate..I guess I got a "A"

  16. I have to say Pot Pie is my most comfort food...I cook this alot all year round..ckreef has made ut also on grill..it was great..I will let him fix that for now on..your Pot Pie look amazingly delicious

Hi everyone on kamado guru...well here I am out from behind the scenes. .I have been here all along but being a go to, bring, prep girl for my love ckreef..I thought this is his gig but I learned that he wanted was me to learn how to cook on the grill along beside him..I said no many times because I did not want to embark on his interest...but I did finnally said yes to the grill..I know this will be fun for both..so when I graduate maybe a cook off is in order [emoji3]
