Awesome!!! Congrats!!! I've really been fighting the urge of getting a second Vision. I'm going to be building an outdoor kitchen later this summer hopefully, so maybe it will be during that time!

It looks really delicious!!!! I've only done one cook with my JT but I can tell I'm really going to like it!! Thanks for sharing!

I purchased the kick ash basket last year and used it a couple of times but it didn't really work well for me. It's really not made for a Vision Pro S which is what I have. I scrapped it and have been using just the firebox. While cruising around the local big box store I came across something I thought would work out well. I decided to make my own today and I'll let everyone know how it turns out. I'm not a welder although it's something I would really like to learn someday. I used some old fence wire I had laying around to twist tie the various pieces together. I let everyone know how it holds up. First cook is going on right now with a spinning chicken.

I just received this half moon cast iron griddle/plate today for my Vision. I believe I have the Pro S. I bought it from Home Depot a few years ago. It fits perfectly and will help a whole lot when I want to grill vegetables and meats at the same time. It flips over if you want to use the plate or griddle instead for searing meat/grilling vegetables. Etc. I hope this helps you out.
