Just picked up a Black Classic that our local pool store had on the showroom. They are closing the store so it was marked down to $825 with free bag of KJ Lump.
Brought it home and first cook was Splatchcock Chicken. With no experience other than watching Youtube, was able to get temp to 375 and hold. Chicken was great.
Tonight we jumped into pizza. Grill at 750 in about 30 minutes. Used leftover chicken for a smoked chicken, spinach and garlic white pizza with mozzarella, feta and ricotta. I think we are going to enjoy this grill
