  1. I grilled some fresh Peaches over charcoal with Mesquite chunks until they softened (you can see some grill marks), and then served them with some freshly made Strawberry sauce over top: Grilled Peaches by ski_freak1, on Flickr
  2. This was awesome... I thought about putting in a little lemon zest and didn't do it but I'll probably add a teaspoon or so of that the next time I make this cake... Ingredients: 3 sticks of softened butter 1 8oz package of cream cheese 3 cups sugar 6 eggs 3 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp lemon extract 1 cup blueberries Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter and cream cheese in mixer. Slowly add 3 cups of sugar and continue mixing. Add eggs one at a time and fold in gently. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and mix until smooth. Add vanilla and lemon extract. Add 1 cup blueberries and fold in gently. Pour batter into greased pound cake pan and bake in 325 degree oven for 1:15 to 1:30 until a toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
  3. http://youtu.be/OkuAlEX-OzM Sometimes you just have to get outside the box when it comes to thinking about what you can cook on a Kamado. This pie turned out something north of awesome!
