Ingredients: Veggies: 3/4 head of green / white cabbage 1/2 head of red cabbage 2 red bell peppers 2 carrots 4 green onions 8 radishes 1/2 cup grated jicama (optional) 1 cup ripe avocado - cubed (optional) Cilantro Lime Creama Dressing: One medium bunch of cilantro 4 tbsp. of sour cream 6 tbsp. of Mayo Juice of 2 limes. Directions: Take and spread the two types of cabbage and place in a large bowl. Julienne the 2 carrots and the 2 red bell peppers and add the cabbage. (I like them julienned as it adds some crunchiness to the slaw) Thinly slice the green onion and grat

  3. Found a nice looking pork tenderloin in the store and am emulating a cook you just posted. EVOO, cilantro, garlic, key limes, rosemary....... Gong to let it sit and rest in the fridge overnight. Going to break out the Tito's vodka later and enjoy some key limes mixed into a good drink or two while I grill up something later.
