  1. I’ve made this pizza at least 10 times as it is my favorite. This morning I made up some pizza dough. Around 3:00 I prepped my kamado for pizza and lite it up to preheat. Around 3:30 I brought out my dough and all my ingredients. I applied a thin layer of BBQ sauce and some red onion. Then some red bell pepper and cilantro. Then some chicken breast I’d mixed up with some BBQ sauce and finally, the cheese. Placed it on the pizza stone in the kamado for approximately 8 minutes at 400 degrees.
  2. So I needed to get my pizza cook in before the end of the month so I broke out my favorite, BBQ Chicken Pizza. This morning I got a couple chicken breasts out to thaw and made up some pizza dough. This afternoon I broke it out and cut it in two. I rolled out the first half and placed it on some parchment paper to start building my pizza. Spread out some BBQ sauce, some red onion and then some red bell pepper. I had cooked up the 2 breasts.   3. I made a couple of pizzas on Sunday. Here are most of the ingredients. I started out with a BBQ Chicken Pizza. I’ll let my pictures do most of the talking. Roll out the dough. Add the Red Onion. Add the Red Bell Pepper & Sun Dried Tomato. Chicken And Cheese And done. Plated. Next up was a Hawaiian Pizza
  4. I’ve been wanting to try pizza on the kamado and did so today. I bought some Trader Joe pizza dough. Grilled up some chicken breasts. Sliced up some red onion. Ground up some fresh Mozzarella. Placed some flour and then the dough on a large poly cutting board. There was a very large learning curve to try and get the dough spread out in an even and any semblance of a semi-round shape. After fighting with the dough for close to 15 minutes (Started over 3 times) I was able to put the pizza together. Spread ½ cup of Stone Leviathan BBQ sauce on the dough.
