Tonight's dinner: country style beef ribs, coated in Meathead's "Big Bad Beef Rub". I haven't finalized the sides but I'm leaning towards roasted rosemary potatoes and grilled asparagus, with salad. Ribs below, will probably put these on around 1 PM. Do you think they need more rub?
I've cooked country style boneless pork ribs before, but I'm not sure I realized there was such a thing as country style boneless beef ribs. I would appreciate any ideas about how to best cook these, as well as ideas for the best rub. Thanks!
