  1. I own a KJ Big Joe and want to buy a pit control.I've whatched videos on several including the Ikammand and Flame Boss 500.Just not sure which way to go, Please offer a few suggestions
  2. I used Brickseek and saw my local Walmart had the Pit Boss K22 on clearance for $169, but they didn't have any in stock. Looked online and saw I could order one for $596 and have it shipped to store. Purchased it and when I came in, I returned it and immediately repurchased at the $169 price! Can't WAIT to start using this beast! Looking forward to learning from this site as well!
  3. I am doing pit barrel cooker pork butts slathered in Oakridge BBQ ghost chili rub and Meatchurch Holy Cow and BBQ Bacon Rub mixed. I am a little more mobile now that the inflammation from knee surgery is subsiding so I am hitting it hard to feed the people working in my garden and cleaning the house! The joetisserie chicken has been seasoned with Meatchurch Honey Hog Hot and cooked at 300 to keep the sugars from burning. Wow! It looks amazing and smells terrific! Thanks for looking!
