So as a lover of all things Bark. I've considered cutting a Butt in Half to increase Bark amount. IF everyone is honest here, the bark is the best park of the Q. Sure I love it all but quality bark is to die for. So why not maximize it? I've already started removing the fat caps for added bark with no ill effects. In fact, its better... IMO. So whats everyone's thoughts / concerns on this? Anyone done it yet?
