  1. Morning! 4:51 and it's almost time to get the bird in some heat. Posting as a follow along with a few questions. Outside temps are going to be below 20°F. Is there any danger to my grill with those temps? Vision you watching this? Lol 21lbs turkey brined for 21hrs. Here we go
  2. Smoked Turkey Breast.... injected with creole butter and rubbed with 6 time world championship rub. This could be your new go to turkey recipe. Can be used for a whole turkey or Spatchcock turkey. Juicy and flavorful ... you’re going to love it.
  3. I smoked a turkey using the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill. I used the Amazing Ribs Ultimate Turkey recipe for the first time. I have never heard of it before. Not sure how I missed it, but this week I did it twice and both times it turned out really good. If you guys get a chance, I highly recommend giving it a shot. I'm turkey-ed out now. Probably going to order a pizza for Thanksgiving. lol.
  4. This was a fun cook today! Turkey comes to live when it's given a little help with an injection or brine, seasonings, and a little wood fire smoke on the Kamado!
