Ingredients: 2 lbs Ground Lamb 1 medium onion, finely chopped or shredded 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic 1 tablespoon dried marjoram 1 tablespoon dried ground rosemary 2 teaspoons kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Here is the Spinning Grillers ridiculously delicious and crispy doner kebab homemade recipe: Process the onion in a food processor for 10 to 15 seconds and turn out into the center of a tea towel. Gather up the ends of the towel and squeeze until almost all of the juice is removed. Discard juice. Doner Kabab Recipe: Return the onion to the food processor and add the lamb, garlic, marjoram, rosemary, salt, and pepper and process until it is a fine paste, approximately 1 minute. Stop the processor as needed to scrape down sides of bowl. Place the meat onto the rotisserie skewer by molding them into hamburger patty shape, then insert them into the skewer. Start by making smaller patties then increase their size as you move up the spit. Cook on high for 15 minutes. Decrease the heat to medium and continue to cook for another 20 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the meat reaches 165 degrees F. Turn off the heat and allow to continue to spin for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 175 degrees. Slice and serve on pita bread, chopped onion, tomatoes. I don't think there's a clear answer to this yet. Canada uses the Metirc system for the most part except when we're cooking or building something. You go to a Home Depot in Canada, you buy an 8 foot stud not a 2.438 Meter stud. Canadian still bake cookies at 350 F. Going Metirc did not eliminate the Emperial system from Canada. Going metric in Canada did not eliminate the Imperial system. There's been rumors floating about for year the US would finally go metric to accommodate international trade with other countries. I hate to say it, Trade with China would be the bigger factor for the US to switch over to metric. Do you guys thing the US will ever make the switch over to the Metirc system or do you believe that will never happen?
