Kamado Table

Tony and others, My kamado just nests or hangs in the hole in the Hardibacker board and then I just laid bricks over the top.

Thanks Beerbeque, I should have noticed that. I'll start determining the hole size and get to building! :D

I'm building one right now I'll finish it Tomorrow and I"ll share some pics.

Please do thank you. I plan on building one as soon as work picks back up i've only worked 7 days this month and it sucks not to have any money.

For those of you that have built a table, what diameter hole did you cut? Also, did you line the hole with something or is the grill resting directly on the wood?

I have not built one with a spot for the cgk but imagine you would have to line the hole or risk wearing the exterior paint off quickly

Just finished all in all this is simple to make and cheap I have about $120 in materials in it

very nice, did you mount it to the table bolt area and if so does it hold very well thanks

looks like it's hanging from the brackets for the shelves - correct ?
