Tashymagee
For some reason you don't see corn with the husks on that much these days. You normally have to visit the green grocer.
Smoke and Awe
Looks like a good meal, how was the corn? We have SUCH good sweet corn when it's available local, and anything else is not worth the calories.
appsspec
I love making corn that way, turns out awesome!
Ben S
That is the only way I make corn, too!
Squarehelmet
As an FYI, you don't even have to soak the corn before tossing it on the grill. It makes a bit of a mess of the husk, but it works.

I just remove the silk and wrap them back up.
Shon
I find if you soak them then when you peel them after cooking the silk comes right off. It was 6 ears for $1 and so tasty. But my meat probe failed on my second use and i carefully washed it last time.
karacooks
Looks delicious! @Tashymagee - That's a shame about not being able to find corn with the husks. My grocery store always has whole ears w/ husks during the summer and I buy it by the bushel when I can. It's soooo good that way.

I think a lot of that has to do with the time of the year. Corn season is coming upon us so we should see more local corn still on the husk as the summer progresses.
