Chicken and shrimp fajitas

Well no issue getting the Vision up and over 400 this cook. Had a lot of ash, damn lump from Sam's. Anyway here it is. We are stuffed and waiting for Salem to come on. My ginger ale is getting ice cold in the freezer. Got rained on during this cook.

Do you think grilling imparts anything that a stove wouldn't when you use the gill pan? Or do you use this on the grill because it would smoke up the kitchen so badly?

I like cooking on my Kamado. The only thing that grill pan added was some grill marks and everything went sizzle crazy when I put food on it. And of course that lovely lump and Apple wood feint smoke taste. Night and day then cooking on a stove. I never cook on the stove, my wife cooks on the stove, I honestly have no interest in using the stove.
