This is not something I've tried, but I know it would taste exceptional. My method of cooking revolves around my sense of smell. I can usually look at a recipe and while reading it, I can smell (in my mind) the various ingredients coming together (weird huh?).

Al, I have that recipe and just waiting for our first fresh crab of the season, starting in July.  I'll be sure to post a picture when I make it.

Great recipe, Al.

We just finished doing crab cakes; we want to do John's portobello mushroom stuffed with crab recipe and now Al offers this yummy recipe.

At more than $30 a pound for lump crab meat, we're going to have to spread out these meals.
