Cgriller64
Life has been keeping me very busy as of late. I apologize for not be around much. I have really enjoyed both my Vision B and Kub this summer. I recently volunteered to cook Tri Tip sandwiches for a large group. Figuring 5 or 6 roasts would due I decided to cook 8 to be sure. Better to cook too much than too little. I wanted to cook the roasts the night before and slice them up that day. The Vision B was up to the task. Seasoned Santa Maria style and grilled with some Hickory wood added to the lump. First 4 ready to be vacuum sealed. While the second 4 are almost ready to pull. Next day I whipped up some Cgriller beans. Sliced up the roasts for the sandwiches. Placed in chaffing dish with some Au Jus. Added some grilled sausage, hot links, and beef dogs in another dish. Supplemented with the usual fixings. Thanks for taking a peek. dlew, TKOBBQ, Jack. and 7 others

Mr Cue
Nice! I like the chafing dishes... I bought a cheapie setup at walmart that hasn't been used yet but I'd like to have a professional set like you have. Where did you get those and how much! And what a way to make a reappearance!
