beef ribs

they look tasty and I like the way you cut them into individual ribs for a full bark on each one and you were able to get good separation on them by making use of 2 levels of grates. Once in awhile they come up on sale and I'm gonna make some just like that. beef ribs have a lot of memories for me. the first time I tasted one was after work in a bar on the airport strip and I couldn't get over them, lucky it was happy hour and they were selling them real cheap.
