I use this rub and start the cook with peach and hickory wood on a low temp(185) for the first few hours then take it up for the remainder of the cook. skreef
Smokehowze
An Easter Breakfast Scratch biscuits with chia and regular/coconut flour (they did not want to rise like I hoped - but tasted good) . My homemade hot-n-spicy pork sausage. Pan fried ham from the Saturday night spiral ham cook on Big(Red)Joe. Scrambled eggs with mini-red peppers, green onion, and parsley. Not shown is the cup of New Orleans Community Brand coffee & chicory with scalded milk to round it out. allycat, Panchango, skreef and 3 others

Panchango
Tonight I did a couple cornish hens with DP Mediterraneanish, grilled potatoes, mushrooms, and asparagus on the classic Joe. My next door neighbor lost her husband a few weeks ago and really hasn't figured the cooking for one thing out, so I sent some over for her. First time cooking the little yard birds and they were tasty. 375F raised direct and everything juicy and criispy. allycat, Smokehowze, skreef and 6 others
