Didn't grill today. This was yesterday's cook:

 

Homemade pasta. Tomatoes and asparagus tips roasted in my little CI gratin pan. Toss it all with a little garlic butter sauce and top with 2 flattened, coated chicken breasts blackened at around 500 on a CI griddle. Serve!

After season my Akorn yesterday then making grilled chicken tenders and potatoes, today went big for me with baby backs, potatoes, & corn. Everything turned out pretty good, I undercooked the potatoes a little, was focusing on the ribs and had never grilled corn before. Microwave fixed it quickly.

Just some "leftovers"...

 

The pulled pork was from last week's smoke, and just reheated. The corn and asparagus were extra that I didn't cook on the 4th because I didn't think they'd get eaten, so I just grilled them up.

 

And the beer was delicious :-D
