5698k
i just ordered a 19" tabletop in bronze. Now I'll have dueling bronze kk's! I'm just about finished with my house/outdoor kitchen, and I just couldn't bear to look at that color green next to everything else. Yep, I'm absolutely nuts! My wife knows when I say I'm looking at porn it's probably a wagyu brisket! I'm interested to see the differences between the two, Dennis spent about 30 minutes explaining the design. He's a very proud papa!! I forget how willingly informative he is about his products. Like CC says, Dennis is no salesman, his knowledge and enthusiasm for his babies is his sales pitch, or non sales pitch, whichever is more accurate. Anyone remotely considering a kk, if you call Dennis, it's over! Rak73, John Setzler, Marty and 12 others

POOLGUYINCT
Right on!!, when spending renovation bucks, it's easy to squeak in a new cooker & definitely classes the joint up! I read the tabletop is about 500lbs, what the hell are you going to place it on? & who the hell is going to help lift that 1/4 ton? Kamado Man
Do those come with a nest/cradle? Saw a pic on their website of the 19 in a cradle.  freddyjbbq
bosco
Awesome. Congrats
5698k
It's 338 lbs. with the grills in place, so it's somewhat manageable. I've built a shelf for it to sit on, so a nest won't be necessary. I built the outdoor space withe the BGE in mind, I just decided to go with the 19" kk instead. rwalters
WOW!! Another bronze KK!! Talk about one "blinged out kitchen" . Hoping you'll post plenty of pics of your new backyard. So, whatcha gonna do w/ your BGE? Sell or keep? Marbque
5698k
The bge was sold to a friend who was still on a gasser, we all must endeavor to help those in need. Besides, here in nola, space is a premium, and an XL bge takes up a lot of space! Robert rwalters, freddyjbbq, Marbque and 1 other
POOLGUYINCT
Incidently I had my first taste of Q in NOLA. At a joint aptly named "The Joint." That was the beginning of a new era for me. Ray CeramicChef

freddyjbbq
Nothing wrong with brand loyalty, I like the one right in the middle.
5698k
So, y'all want more un packing? It's gonna be more of CC's and Wilbur's, but I'll do it if y'all like. rwalters, POOLGUYINCT, SirCooksALot and 4 others
5698k
Freddy, the one in the middle is the soon to be re designed free standing 19". Dennis says that there was just not enough interest in those particular grills. Basically, it was so closely priced to the 23", people went with the 23. The table top design allows for a lower price, plus he can ship two for one in his overseas containers. While Dennis is a consummate grill builder, he is also a consummate business man!!
