Can't believe I haven't seen this post before. This looks outstanding. Going to give it a go. 

Is it possible to edit the first post with your latest? Just curious as I know I like to use Paprika to import recipes directly.

its too old to edit but I will add it again here with updates.  I have bolded the updates to my recipe below



4 garlic cloves, minced
1 jalapeno, minced
1 large handful fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cumin
4 limes, juiced
2 oranges, juiced
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil


I like to butterfly the flank steak so its thinner and the marinade can penetrate deeper


Pico De Gallo:

4 vine-ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 medium red onion, chopped
2 green onions, white and green parts, sliced
1 Serrano chile, minced
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt


For the pico, I now remove the seed sacks from the tomato after I slice them, then I chop them up.  This prevents the mix from getting to wet





4 diced avocados

2 diced Vine tomatos

1/2 red onion finely diced

1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro

2 garlic cloves finely diced 

2 limes juiced

2 diced jalapeños  

1/2 tsp kosher salt 

1/2 tsp coarse pepper

1/4 to 1/2 tsp of cumin
