bferne
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away, the tires were kicked on a new Big Joe. I'm sure this one doesn't have a bad motivator. But little did those Jawas know what, or who, would be BBQ'd later that day... K-ville, Ben S, smoker08 and 4 others

bferne
I'd probably never dress up and go to any convention, but I'm also a big Star Wars fan. At least this big:

bosco
wow!!! that has something to do with your business as well correct???
bferne
Yeah, I've done some lighting design as part of A/V and home theater consulting which has made up a small amount of my business and this year I expanded to offering lighting and electronics work for the hobby/collector market. All those shelves are lit with prototypes of my lighting system and electronic features powered by my battery replacement products (on the Tumbler for instance). All the SW stuff in that photo is low-end Kenner/Hasbro stuff, but my market for the lighting and electronics is on the higher end - like the Batman stuff on the bottom shelf and other shelves not in this photo. bferne
Trivia: In the tall narrow glass cabinet, the figures on the left are 1977 and the figures on the right are the same characters from 1997.
allycat
Nah, I don't do the convention thing. I do have a Princess Leia costume. [emoji4] I have watched all the movies probably a dozen times. As a small child, instead of Barbie's, I collected Star Wars figures. Can't wait to check out the new movie.
